Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Filter needed:Eye Candy 4000 (HSB Noise)
2 images of choice
I used artwork by Zindy Nielsen
Font of choice i used Cherished
Background and frames belongs to me.if you use these in your own tuts please let me know.
you may share them with friends just share with the preview please.
Butterfly of choice i am using the one that came with Zindy's artwork
and can not supply that.
Flowers and wordart of choice.
Mask belongs to Becky
Doodles of choice
Supplies - here

::Let's Begin!::

Open a 600x600 blank canvas flood fill white.we can resize later.

Open all supplies and paste your background as a new layer
go to layers/new mask layer from image and find your Becky_Mask022 and use these settings:
Source luminance/checked Invert mask data/unchecked and click ok.go to your layer pallet and
merge group.

Add your images and place them however you like.add a drop shadow of choice.

Paste your flowers as a new layer and move them at the bottom
of your images.duplicate and go to image/mirror.

Add a butterfly of choice and place it however you like.add a drop shadow to it.

Click on your mask layer and add your doodles.place them on each side of your frames.

Add your wordart and place it below your flowers.look at mine for example.

If you would like to resize your tag go ahead and do that now.once you have it resized add
your name and all your copyright info.

::Animation::

Click on your wordart and go to your filters and find your HSB Noise and use these settings:


Go to edit/copy merged and paste into animation shop as new animation.

Go back to paintshop and undo your filter and add it again just click on random seed and go to edit/copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame.

Do this step one more time and just hit random seed.

Now you should have a total of 3 frames in animation shop.play your animation and save as gif!
