Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work) Filter Penta -Dot (Optional) Tube of choice I used artwork by - © Elizabeth Austin you need to purchase a license to use her art. Scrap pieces of choice or you can purchase my American Made Kit - here under Teresa's Scraps. Font of choice i used Felix Titling Animation came from a group if this is yours please contact me and i will give credit or remove it. Mask belongs to Chelle,you can visit her site - here Supplies - here ..::Let's Begin!::.. Open a 600x600 blank canvas,flood fill with white.we can resize later. Open your scraps and paste one of your papers as a new layer.go to layers/new mask layer from image and find your mask and use these settings:source luminance-checked/invert mask data unchecked and click ok.go over to your layer pallet and merge group. Paste your frame01as a new layer,resize it to 80%.add a drop shadow of choice. Paste your frame03 as a new layer and resize it to 73%.add a drop shadow of choice. Click on your mask layer and take your freehand selections tool and draw around your top frame. paste a paper of your choice and go to selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard.selections/select none.go to your Penta fliter-color dot and use these settings:value-76-distance-8-color RGB-255 and click ok. do that about 4 or 5 times. Click on your paper layer and take your freehand selections tool again and draw around your frame. add your tube of choice and go to selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Go over to properties and change your opacity to 55. Click on your top layer and paste your tube and place it on the left side of your frame. Click on your top frame layer and paste your framewrap03 as a new layer,resize it to 70% and palce it close to the bottom of your frame.if you have any sticking out just take your eraser tool and delete it. Place a bow and put it on top of your framewrap where the star is.then add another bow on top of that one.add a drop shadow to them. Add one of your flowers and place it onto your top bow.add a drop shadow to that as well. Click on your mask layer and place some flowers behind your main tube.look at mine for example. Once you have your flowers in place add a drop shadow ot them. If you would like to resize your tag go ahead and do so.add your copyright info and your name. ..::Animation::.. Go to edit/copy merged and paste into animationshop as a new animation. Go to edit/select all,find your twins animation and go to edit/select all/propagate and paste and paste into selected frame.place your twinks where ever you like.play your animation and save as gif.
