This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work) Tube of choice I used artwork by - Renee Biertempfel Filter needed - (Vanderlee /Snowflakes) - optional Font of choice, i used Porcelain Scrap pieces of choice Misted tube of choice Mask of choice Vanderlee Plugins you can get- here Let's Begin! Open a 600x600 blank canvas flood fill with white. Open all supplies in paintshop and paste your paper of choice as a new layer go to layers/new mask layer from image and find your mask and use these settings: Source luminance/checked - Invert mask data/unchecked and click ok.go to your layer pallet and merge group. Paste your photo frame as a new layer and take your raster deform tool and turn it to the bottom just a little bit.add a drop shadow of choice. Click on your mask layer and paste your stiched circle as a new layer.place them however you like.add a drop shadow of choice.then take your selections tool and draw around your frame and delete the middle part of the stiched circles that is inside your frame.yours should look somthing like this: 
X out all your layers except for your stiched circles once you have all layers hidden click on one of your stiched layers and go to layers/merge visible.unhide the other layers. Click on your stiched circle layer and paste your doodle art as a new layer.place it however you like.add a drop shadow of choice.take your selections tool again and delete the part that is inside your frame. Yours should look somthing like this: 
Click on your top layer and paste your main tube as a new layer.place it however you like.add a drop shadow of choice. Make your mask layer active and take your selections tool and draw around your frame don't go over the edges.paste your misted tube as a new layer.selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Click on your frame layer and paste your ribbon on top of your frame move it down on to the green ribbon.add a drop shadow of choice.go to duplicate/image/mirror. Take your eraser tool and erase this part of your ribbon: 
Add your button as a new layer and place it on top of your green ribbon.add a drop shadow of choice. Add your name and all your copyright info. ::Animation:: Click on your misted tube layer and add a new layer.take your selections tool and draw around your frame.don't go over the edge.go to effects/Vanderlee - Snowflakes and use these settings: 
and click ok. With the marching ants still around your frame go to Adjust/Blur/Motion blur and use these settings: 
and click ok. Selections/none and paste into animationshop as new animation. Go back to paintshop and undo your snowflakes and use the same settings just change the random seed and click ok.and use the same settings with the blur. and paste into animationshop after current frame. Repeat the same step as above and use the same settings just change the random seed. You should have a total of 3 frames in animationshop. Play your animation and save as gif!
