This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Anthony Guerra. Which you can purchase his artwork at CILM
Font of choice,i am using satisfaction
Brushes of choice
Supplies here

Let's get started!

Open a 500x500 blank canvas,flooffill white

Open your template and paste as a new layer,you can colorize it
so it will match or image/or tube.

Click on your selection tool and draw out a square around your frame
open your iamge and paste as new layer,position it in the middle of your frame
go to selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard,selections none.

Open your stiched lables and paste them in the little square box on the left side of your template
you will need to resize them first.

Open your string of gems and place them on your template as well once you have them placed
were you want them,go to adjust/sharpness/sharpen.

Open your rose stem and paste as new layer,position it below your image
you will want to colorize that too,add a drop shadow of choice.

click on your background,and make a new raster layer,add brushes of choice.

Add your name and your © info on your tag.

click on your string of gems and go to adjust/add remove noise with these settings:
gaussian checked/monochrome checked/noise 30% and click ok go to edit/copy merged.

open animationshop and paste as new animation,go back to paintshop and undo your noise
and apply the same settings,and paste after current frame in animationshop.

now you can play your animation,and save as gif.
