Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by - Keith Garvey
Font of choice i used GradoGradooNF
Brushes of choice
Mask belongs to Becky
Leaf of choice
Glitter fill belongs to me.you can use that to write out your name with.

::Let's Begin!::

Open a 600x600 blank canvas and flood fill that with white.we can resize later.

Open your supplies and paste one of your backgrounds as a new layer and go to
layers/new mask layer from image and find your Becky_Mask023 and use these settings:
Source luminance/checked Invert mask data/unchecked and click ok.go to your layers pallet and merge group.

Paste your circleframe6 as a new layer.add a drop shadow of choice.

Paste your main tube as a new layer and position it the way you want it.add a drop shadow of choice.

Click on your circleframe layer and paste one of your square frames as a new layer.add a drop shadow of choice.hide your main tube and take your freehand selections tool and draw around your frame but make sure you don't go over the edge.add your image of choice and go to selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard. move that layer below your square frame.now you can unhide your main tube.

Click on your top layer and add your staple to your square frame.i added 2 to mine.

Add your leaf and place it however you like.move it below your main tube and add a drop shadow of choice.

Add your hearts and place them on the side of your frame.look at mine for example.

Add one of your bows and paste it onto your hearts.add a drop shadow of choice.

Click on your mask layer and add some brushes of choice.

Open your glitter fill and go to materials pallet and change your background to your glitter fill and your foreground transparent or you can make that one a color of your choice.

Type out your name and add a drop shadow of choice.

If you would like to resize your tag go ahead and do so.once you have it resized go ahead and add your copyright info and save as png.
