Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work) Image choice I used artwork by - Jamie Kidd Font of choice i used Saliere Mask belongs to Chelle,you can visit her site - here Freebie ScrapKit belongs to Lisa of Sophisticated Scraps she has alot of awesome kits for free. ..::Let's Begin!::.. Open a 600x600 blank canvas,flood fill it with white.we can resize later. Open your supplies and paste your paper as a new layer. Go to layer/new mask layer and find your WSL_Mask49 and use these settings: Source luminance-checked/Invert mask data unchecked and click ok. go over to your layer pallet and merge group. Paste your frame that came with the supplies as a new layer and add a drop shadow of choice. Click on your mask layer and take your selections tool and draw around your frame and add a image of choice.go to selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard. With your mask layer still active place your glitter doodles however you like and add a drop shadow to those. Click on your top layer and add your bows to your frame.add a drop shadow to those too. X out your layers except for your glitter doodles and merge those visible.unhide your other layers. If you would like to resize your tag go ahead and do so. Add your name and your copyright info. ..::Animation::. Click on your meged layer and go to adjust/add noise and use these settings: Uniform-checked/Monochrome-checked Noise 40% and click ok and go to edit/copy merged and paste into animationshop as a new animation. Go back to paintshop and undo your noise and do it again and go to edit/copy merged and paste into animationshop after current frame. Go back to paintshop and undo your noise and use the same settings and paste into animationshop after current frame.you should now have 3 frames in animationshop. Play your animation and save as gif!
