Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work) Tube and 5 images of choice I used artwork by - Suzanne Woolcott Font i used Ringbearer Clouds belongs to RainbowCoffi Filmstip and EyeletRibbon belongs to Melissayou can visit her blog here Mask belongs to Becky Other supplies came from various groups if these are yours please contact me and i will give credit or remove them. Supplies - here ::Let's Begin:: Open a 600x600 blank canvas and flood fill it white.you can resize later. Open all supplies and paste your mask as a new layer you can colorize it to match your main tube. Add your main tube and move it to the right side.add a drop shadow of choice. Click on your mask layer and paste your filmstrip.resize it to about 75% and go to image/rotate and use these settings: 
add a drop shadow of choice. Hide your tube layer and click on your mask layer,take your selections tool and draw around your first frame on your filmstrip and paste a image of choice. go to selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard.do the same for the other 4 frames. With your main tube still hidden click on your frame layer and paste your eyelet ribbon as a new layer.you might want to resize it. i resized mine to 30% .place it on to your frame go to image rotate and use the same settings as you did with your filmstrip.add a drop shadow of choice.place it on the sides of your filmstrip look at mine for example. Ok unhide your tube and click on your eyelet ribbons layer and paste your tree as a new layer.i colorized mine black,add a drop shadow of choice.place it behind your main tube.and go to image mirror and erase parts of your duplicated layer that you don't need. Yours should look somthing like this: 
Add your heart from the RomanceScraps and paste it onto your tree limbs add a drop shadow of choice. Add your AppleBlossom branch go to image/rotate and use the same settings as your filmstrip.add a drop shadow of choice and duplicate it and go to image.mirror. add a drop shadow of choice.i erased parts of my duplicated layer you can do the same if you would like. You should have this so far: 
Click on your AppleBlossoms layer and paste whatever scraps you want onto your tag and position them the way you want.add a drop shadow of choice. With your scraps layer active paste your clouds as a new layer. Click on your main tube layer and add your name.add a drop shadow of choice. Now you can resize your tag if you like.add all your copyright info and save it as whatever you save yours as. Here is another example
