This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube and images of choice
I used artwork by Keith Garvey
Font of choice i used Quirinal
Festive Cheer Scrapkit you can purchase here
it's got tons of stuff for only $1.50.if they ever take it down you will have to use your own scraps.
Mask belongs to Becky you can grab that - here

::Let's Begin!::

Open a 600x600 blank canvas flood fill white.

Open your supplies in paintshop and paste a background of choice.go to layers new mask layer from image and find your Becky_Mask023 and use these settings:Source luminance-checked/invert mask data-unchecked and click ok.

Paste your frame cluster as a new layer i resized mine to 24%.add a drop shadow of choice.

Click on your mask layer and take your selections tool and draw around your top circle and paste a tube or image of choice.go to selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard.do your other 3 circles the same way just add diffrent images or tubes with the same artist.

Paste your bow as a new layer. resize it to about 20% and place it between your 2 top circle frames and add a drop shadow of choice.

Add your flower as a new layer and place it on to your bow.

Add your main tube as a new layer.add a drop shadow of choice.place it however you like.

Click on your mask layer and paste your glitter swirl as a new layer resize it to 26%. add a drop shadow of choice.place them however you like.

Add your star as a new layer add a drop shadow of choice and place them how you like.i used my raster deform tool to turn mine a little.look at my tag for example.

Paste your beads as a new layer and add a drop shadow of choice.place those however you like.

Add your copyright info and your name.save as png!
