PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

..::Let's Begin!::..

Open a 600x600 blank canvas,flood fill it white.we can resize later.

Open your supplies and paste your paper as a new layer and go to layers
new mask layer from image and find your WSL_Mask79 and use these settings:
Source luminance-checked/Invert mask data-unchecked and click ok.go over to your layer pallet and merge group.

Paste your frame as a new layer and add a drop shadow to it.

Click on your mask layer and take your freehand selections tool and draw around your frame.

Add a image of choice and go to selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard.

Click on your top layer and add your main tube.add a drop shadow to it and place it on the
right side of your frame.

Click on your frame layer and paste your heart and move it behind your main tube.
look at mine for example.

Make your top layer active and paste your wrap bow and go to image/rotate/free rotate and use
these settings: Right-checked/90-checked/Rotate single layer-checked and click ok.place it at the top
of your frame and add a drop shadow of choice.

Paste your flower on top of your wrap bow.

Click on your mask layer and paste your doodle however you like and add a drop shadow to it.

Add your wordart and place it however you like.

Click on your image layer and go to properties/opacity and change it to 62 and click ok.

If you would like to resize your tag go ahead and do so.

Add your name and your copyright info and save as png.
