Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work) Tube of choice I used artwork by - © Suzanne Woolcott you need to purchase a license to use her art. Scrap pieces of choice or you can purchase my Fairytale Dreams Kit at - here under Teresa's Scraps Font of choice i used A Little Pot Animation came from a group if this is yours please contact me and i will give credit or remove it. Tag and Mask belongs to me and you can get those - here ..::Let's Begin!::.. Open a 600x600 transparent canvas,flood fill with white. Open your supplies and paste one of your papers as a new layer,go to layers/new mask layer from image and find your mask and use these settings:source luminance-checked/invert mask data-checked and click ok.go over to your layer pallet and merge group. Add one of your windows to your mask layer,add a drop shadow to it. Click on your mask layer and add your lace heart,resize it to 75%.take your freehand selections tool and draw around this part and hit delete on your keyboard,selections/select none. add a drop shadow to it. 
Add one of your frames and position it the way you like.look at mine for example. Click on your top layer and add your main tube,place it however you like.add a drop shadow to that as well. Click on your mask layer again and add one of your swags,resize it to 75% and place it between the bar of your window.if you have any sticking out just erase it. Click on your window layer and paste one of your foliage as a new layer,resize it to 65% and place it however you like.duplicate it and go to image/mirror. Still on your window layer,add your baby's breath and resize it to your liking.place it however you like.duplicate it and go to image mirror. Add one of your beaded ropes and place it however you like.add a drop shadow to it. Click on your window layer again and paste a few of your ribbons and move them at the bottom of it.look at mine for example. Click on your mask layer and paste your sequins as a new layer and place those however you like.i added a few to mine you can too. Click on your top layer and add a few butterflies and position them the way you like. add a drop shadow to those. Write your name on your tag,and add a drop shadow to it.merge visible and place it onto your ribbons.look at mine for example. Add your copyright info. ..::Time to animate::.. X out all your top layers except for your background and mask layer.go to edit/copy merged and paste into animationshop as a new animation. Dupliacte until you have a total of 27 frames and go to edit/select all. Bring up your cloudes and go to edit/select all/propagate and paste into selected frame. place 3 of them side by side in the middle of your mask. Go back to paintshop and hide your background and mask layer and unhide your top layers go to edit/copy merged and bring into animationshop.go to edit/propagate and paste/edit/paste into selected frame.play your animation and save as gif.
