Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work) Tube of choice I used artwork by - Suzanne Woolcott Font of choice i used A Little Pot Scrapkit you can purchase - here Animation came from a group if this is yours please contact me and i wil lgive credit or remove it. Other supplies belongs to me and you can get them - here ..::Let's Begin!::.. Open a 600x600 blank canvas and flood fill it white.we can resize later. Open your supplies and paste a paper of your choice and go to layers new mask layer from image and use these settings: Source luminance/checked Invert mask data/checked and click ok.go over to your layer pallet and merge group. Paste your shape as a new layer. Paste your frame03 as a new layer i resized mine to 90%. add a drop shadow of choice. Click on your mask layer and paste your flower doodles and place them however you like. Click on your frame layer and paste your wordart and position it. Add your flowers and move them to the right side of your frame and position them the way you like.add a drop shadow of choice. Click on your frame layer and paste both of your ribbons as a new layer and click on one of those and go to image/mirror. then take your raster deform tool and turn it a little bit. look at mine for example. Click on your top layer and add your main tube and move it to the left side of your frame add a drop shadow of choice. If you would like to resize your tag go ahead and do so.once you have done that add your name and your copyright info. Hide all your top layers until you get to here: 
Then go to edit/copy merged and paste into animationshop as a new animation. ..::Animation::.. Duplicate your tag until you have a total of 6 frames and go to edit/select all. Open your animation and go to edit/select all/propagate and paste into selected frame. and paste them onto your frame on the green parts.look at mine for example. Go back to paintshop and hide your bottom layers and unhide all your top layers go to edit/copy merged and paste into animation shop and go to edit/propagate and paste into selected frame.play your animation and save as gif!
