Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Image of choice
I used artwork by - Jamie Kidd
Font of choice i used Cherish

..::Let's Begin!::..

Open a 600x600 blank canvas and flood fill it with white.we can resize later.

Open your supplies and paste one of your papers as a new layer and go to layers
new mask layer from image and find your mask and use these settings:Source luminance-checked
Invert mask data checked and click ok.go over to your layer pallet and merge group.

Paste your frame_01 as a new layer and add a drop shadow of choice.

Click on your mask layer and take your selections tool and draw around your frame and hit
delete on your keyboard.selections/none.

Still on your mask layer paste your frame_03 as a new layer and take your raster deform tool
and turn it just a little bit like this:


Take your selections tool and draw around your frame again and paste
a image of choice.go to selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard.

Click on your top layer and paste your leaves as a new layer and go to image/rotate and use these
settings:

and click ok.

Move it to the top of your frame.look at mine for example.

Add one of your flowers and place it on the left side of your leaves.

Add your staple to your frame and add a drop shadow of choice.

Click on your mask layer again and paste your leaves as a new layer and move that one
to the left side of your frame and go to image/mirror.look at mine for example.

Click on your top layer and add one of your butterflies and place it however you like.
add a drop shadow of choice.

If you would like to resize your tag go ahead and do so.

Add your name and all your copyright info and save as png or whatever you save yours as.
