Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work) Tube of choice I used artwork by - © Ted Hammond you need to purchase a license to use his art. Scrap pieces of choice or you can purchase my Vintage Love Kit at - here under Teresa's Scraps. Font of choice i used WaterBrushROB Animation came from a group if this is yours please contact me and i will give credit or remove it. Brushes of choice. Tag belongs to me. Supplies - here ..::Let's Begin!::.. Open a 650x600 blank canvas,flood fill with white. Paste one of your Vintage Frames as a new layer,go to image/rotate free rotate and use these settings:left-checked/90-checked/rotate single layer checked and click ok.add a drop shadow of choice. Paste one of your Ribbon Bows as a new layer and move it to the top of your frame take your eraser tool and erase the parts tha tis sticking out.add a drop shadow to it. Add another one and go to image/rotate and move it to the left side.yours should look somthing like this: 
Place one of your Rusty Eyelets on top of your bow up top.not the one on the left. Paste your Antique key as a new layer,resize as needed.go to image/rotate/free rotate and use the same settings as before,then go to image/flip and place it on to your bow on the left side.then add one of your other bows on top of your key.add a drop shadow ot those. You should have this so far: 
Click on your background layer,add a new layer and add some brushes of your choice.once you have done that take your selections tool and draw around your frame and go to selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Click on your brush layer and paste one of your flowers and move it to the left top of your frame. and erase the part that is inside of your frame.add a drop shadow of choice. Click on your top layer and paste your main tube and place it however you like.add a drop shadow to it. Add some flowers and place them around your main tube.look at mine for example. Once you have your flowers in place,paste one of your butterflies and place it however you like.add a drop shdow of choice. Open your tag and write out your name,resize it to your liking.go to your layer pallet and merge visible.and position it the way you like. Once you have done that,add your copyright info. X out all of your layers except for your white background and go to layers/copy merged and bring into animationshop.duplicate it until you have a total of 6 frames. Bring up your starry background and go to edit/select all and propagate and paste into selected frame,place it in the middle. Go back to paintshop and x out your white background and unhide you other layers go to edit/copy merged and bring it into animationshop.go to edit/propagate and paste into selected frame.make sure it's in the middle of your starry background. Play your animation and save as gif. Hope you enjoyed my tut!
