Supplies Needed: PSP 9 (any version will work) Tube of choice I used artwork by - © Joe Pekar you need to purchase a license to use his art. Scrap pieces of choice or you can purchase my Delightful Kit - here under Teresa's Scraps. Font of choice i used Phat Phreddy Mask belongs to Chelle,you can visit her site - here Mask - here ..::Let's Begin!::.. Open a 650x500 blank canvas,flood fill with white.we can resize later. Open your scraps and paste one of your papers as a new layer.go to layers/new mask layer from image and find your mask and use these settings:source luminance-checked/invert mask data unchecked and click ok.go over to your layer pallet and merge group. Paste one of your frame01 as a new layer,resize it to 75%.add a drop shadow of choice. Place one of your RibbonBows on top of your other bow that is attached to your frame. take your eraser tool and slightly erase parts of your top ribbon not the bow just the ribbon part make sure your opacity is set to 40.look at mine for example. Paste one of your eyelets on top of your bow.add a drop shadow of choice. Click on your mask layer and take your freehand selections tool and draw around one of your frames.add a paper of choice and go to selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard. do your other 2 the same way just add diffrent papers. Click on your mask layer again and paste one of your circle frames as a new layer.resize it to 55% and place it on the top right of your frame.look at mine for example.add a drop shadow of choice. Take your freehand selections tool and draw around it and add a paper of your choice.go to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Click on your top layer and add your floral doodles as a new layer.place them however you like. Add your main tube and place that however you like.add a drop shadow to it. Click on your top layer and add your main tube,place it however you like.add a drop shadow to it. Add your sunflowers and place them however you like.add a few behind your frames as well. Add your butterflies and place those however you like. If you would like to resize your tag go ahead and do so.once you have done that add your name and your copyright info and save as png.
