Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tubes or Images of choice
I used artwork by Zindy Nielsen
Font of choice i used Tiger Rag LET
Wordart of choice i used Melissa's from Scrappy Expressions which i can't supply she has done
closed her group.
Frames and Background belongs to me if you use these in other tutorials please let me know.
Mask belongs to Becky
other supplies came from various groups,if these are yours please contact me and i will
give credit or remove them.

::Let's Begin!::

Open a 600x600 blank canvas,flood fill white.we can resize later on.

Open all supplies and paste your BG as a new layer,go to layers/new mask layer from image and find your Becky_Mask022 and use these settings:Source luminance/checked/Invert mask data/unchecked and click ok.go to your layer pallet and merge group.

Pick 2 frames out of your frames that i supplied paste one of them as a new layer and take your selections tool and draw around your frame.add a image or tube of choice.move that layer below your frame and go selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard.

Add your other frame and do the same as your first frame just use a diffrent image or tube. and place it however you like.

Click on your mask layer and paste your lace frame and place it however you like.

Click on your second frame and paste your flowers as a new layer.add a drop shadow of choice and position them the way you want.go to duplicate/image/mirror.

Click on your top layer and add your wordart of choice and place it however you like.

If you wanna resize your tag go ahead and do so.once you done that add your name and all your copyright info.and save as png!
