PSP - i used 9 Tube of choice

Font of choice i used Polonaise (Paid Font) can't supply.
Mask belongs to - Chelle
Black and Grey paper belongs to me
Supplies - here

Open a 600x600 blank canvas and flood fill it with white.

Open your supplies and paste your papers as a new layer.go to layers
new mask layer from image and find your WSL_Mask84 and use these settings:
Source luminance-checked/Invert mask data-unchecked and click ok.go over to your
layer pallet and merge group.

Paste your circle frame as a new layer and add a drop shadow of choice.

Click on your mask layer and take your freehand selections tool and draw around
all 3 circles and hit delete on your keyboard.with the marching ants still around your
circles paste your charcoal paper as a new layer and go to selections/invert and hit delete on
your keyboard again.

Still on your mask layer,paste one of your doodles as a new layer and add a dropshadow
to it.you can add the other one if you would like too.

Click on your top layer and add your main tube.add a drop shadow to that as well. place it however you like.

Add your shabby flower cluster and place it however you like.

Click on your frame layer and add your feather and place it however you like.

Add your name to the tag and merge visible.place it
however you like.add a drop shadow to it.

If you would like to resize your tag go ahead and do so.
Click on your feather layer and go to effects EyeCandy 4000 and find your (HSB Noise)
and use these settings:

go to edit/copy merged and paste into animationshop as a new animation.

::Animation::

Go back to paintshop and undo your noise and just click on random seed and go to
edit/copy merged and paste into animationshop after current frame.


Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have a total of 4 frames in animationshop.
once you have your frames go to edit/select all/frame properties and change the speed
to 20.play your animation and save as gif.
